is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Santa Fe Springs, California. This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for receiving, picking, packing, organizing, moving, and preparing products for shipment. Our primary products include lead-acid batteries, so this position requires regular lifting and handling of heavy products. The Warehouse Associate will work under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor and will also assist with routine battery charging and maintenance procedures. Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming products Pick and prepare customer orders accurately Pack, palletize, wrap, and prepare products for shipment Load and unload trucks as needed Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse Verify product quantities, labels, and item numbers Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory counts Charge lead-acid batteries according to company procedures Connect and disconnect battery chargers safely Monitor batteries during the charging process and report any abnormalities Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Operate a forklift if qualified and authorized Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Follow all warehouse and battery-handling safety procedures Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor Physical Requirements Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy products Ability to lift up to approximately 50-70 lbs when required Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required Experience with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, or inventory is a plus Forklift experience is a plus Experience handling batteries or other heavy products is a plus Must be reliable and punctual Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic English communication skills preferred Work Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Day shift Compensation $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience Benefits Paid time off Paid holidays Additional benefits may be available based on eligibility About
