We specialize in organic tea blends and tea accessories. We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented individual with excellent customer service skills to help with farmers markets, warehouse tasks, order fulfillment, and general business operations. Position Farmers Market Tasks:

Setting up and breaking down the farmers market booth Learning about our products so you can assist customers effectively Driving to and from market locations Cashiering, product sales, and drink preparation Providing great customer service Creating a friendly and welcoming booth experience

Warehouse Tasks:

Labeling and packaging tea and other products Packing online and Amazon orders Helping keep the warehouse organized and tidy General cleaning Assisting with website, social media, and other small business projects when needed Supporting other tasks to help keep business operations running smoothly Our workload varies with the seasons, so flexibility with your schedule is a plus. Qualifications Strong attention to detail Critical thinking skills to address challenges as they arise Basic math skills Ability to multitask effectively Valid, unrestricted driver's license Physical ability to set up and break down a pop up tent, tables, and products Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor Interest in and ability to memorize key details about our 50 plus teas and products Preferred Traits We're looking for someone with integrity, a positive attitude, respectfulness, kindness, flexibility, charisma, and trustworthiness. A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and strong problem solving skills are very important for this role. Locations and Schedule We participate in farmers markets in Sonoma County, Napa, Petaluma, and San Rafael. Your day will typically start and end at our warehouse in southwest Santa Rosa. This position requires availability on Mondays and Tuesdays, with additional help needed on Saturdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. We are looking for someone who can be flexible as our farmers market and warehouse needs evolve.

Times and Days Help Needed:

Saturdays:

Farmers markets 6:10 AM to 2

PM Sundays:

Farmers market or warehouse work, depending on business needs

Mondays:

Warehouse work, 8 hours required, start and end time somewhat flexible

Tuesdays:

Petaluma morning farmers market 8:30 AM - 3

PM Wednesdays:

Evening Farmers market 3 PM - 10 PM (May-Aug) or warehouse work, depending on business needs Training will take place mainly on Sunday mornings during the first month or two. Compensation $18.50 per hour base pay, plus sales bonuses and tips for farmers market shifts. Average total pay for market shifts is typically around $20 to $23 per hour.
