In this vital role, you will handle a variety of tasks including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Assist with the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and inventory management software Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and verifying orders accurately through order picking and data entry processes Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks efficiently Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular stock counts and updating data in ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, managing shipping & receiving documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards Organize warehouse space through stocking, shelving, and optimizing storage solutions to facilitate smooth warehouse distribution operations Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment, packaging quality, and adherence to safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles with familiarity in inventory management software and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP systems Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, stock management, and order accuracy Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities Excellent communication skills for customer service interactions with internal teams or external vendors Knowledge of shipping logistics, international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and order fulfillment procedures Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and load & unload activities Join us as a Warehouse Worker if you're ready to bring your energy to a fast-paced environment where every task contributes to our collective success.
