You'll support order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and shipment preparation in a fast-paced but manageable environment. Duties Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload shipments; must be able to lift up to 49 lbs Perform inventory counting and cycle counts to help maintain stock accuracy Support shipping and receiving operations, including preparing and packing items carefully for dispatch Pack and label outgoing shipments with strong attention to detail and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and following safety procedures at all times Access and work within a freezer/cold storage area as needed Skills Valid driver's license and ability to drive Ability to lift up to 49 lbs Comfortable working in a freezer/cold storage environment Strong attention to detail, especially when packing and preparing shipments Basic math skills for counting inventory quantities and verifying shipment details Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures Korean speaking ability a plus
