Role:

A growing biotechnology/pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support day-to-day warehouse activities within a cGMP commercial facility. This role covers receiving, put-away, picking, and component preparation for manufacturing and shipping, with a strong emphasis on compliance, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support safe, compliant execution of on-the-floor warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, and component prep for manufacturing and shipping. Participate in daily performance huddles (safety, quality, cost, output) and help investigate/resolve operational or compliance issues using structured problem-solving methods (RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone, KT, etc.). Implement corrective and preventative actions based on investigation findings. Develop visual management tools to track organizational performance. Support capacity and workforce planning input; proactively flag constraints and risks. Own or support cycle count processes for inventory accuracy and control. Maintain inventory control across the facility; partner cross-functionally on ABC coding accuracy. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Lead or support continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams. Initiate deviations for non-conforming materials or operational anomalies.

Qualifications:

5+ years of GMP experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Experience implementing lean warehouse practices. Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and/or MES systems. Strong quality documentation practices. Experience developing procedures and technical writing. Inventory control experience (cycle counting, physical inventories) preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (bending, squatting, climbing ladders). Experience/certification operating material-handling equipment preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Education:
