We provide equipment, parts, training, support, and related services for GPS machine control, site positioning, drone mapping, and construction data solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Lead / Office Support Coordinator who can take ownership of the warehouse, keep inventory and fulfillment organized, and support day-to-day office needs. Position Summary The Warehouse Lead / Office Support Coordinator is responsible for running the warehouse and keeping parts, supplies, shipments, and general warehouse processes organized and accurate. This is not a people-management role, and there are no direct reports. The priority is hands-on warehouse ownership, organization, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and process improvement. The right person will have enough warehouse experience to not only complete daily tasks, but also recognize what needs to be improved. This person should be able to suggest better ways to organize inventory, process orders, manage stock levels, and support smoother warehouse operations. This role also provides general office support, including helping with supplies, the breakroom, errands, and basic administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Run the day-to-day warehouse workflow, including receiving, shipping, fulfillment, returns, and inventory organization. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Pick, pack, ship, and receive products accurately and efficiently. Track incoming and outgoing inventory using the company's ERP system and other internal tools. Perform regular cycle counts and help identify discrepancies, missing items, damaged items, or process gaps. Organize parts, equipment, tools, and supplies in a way that supports fast and accurate fulfillment. Help determine appropriate stock levels and identify slow-moving, high-use, or critical inventory items. Support deliveries, pickups, and errands as needed. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, fulfillment flow, inventory accuracy, and daily processes. Make practical suggestions for better organization, labeling, storage, tracking, and replenishment. Help document and follow basic warehouse procedures and SOPs. Work with management to improve how warehouse work is completed, tracked, and communicated. Take ownership of warehouse issues rather than waiting to be told every next step. ERP, Inventory, and Administrative Support Use the company's ERP system to look up parts, update inventory information, process transactions, and support order fulfillment. Make basic updates or corrections in the ERP system with proper guidance and approval. Assist with purchase orders, inventory records, vendor communication, and other basic business documentation. Use email, spreadsheets, shared files, and other computer systems to support warehouse and office needs. Communicate clearly with internal team members regarding inventory, order status, missing items, and warehouse priorities. Office and General Support Help maintain office, breakroom, and general supply areas. Monitor and restock basic office, kitchen, restroom, and warehouse supplies. Run errands as needed, including supply pickups, deliveries, or other company-related tasks. Assist with general office support when warehouse priorities allow. Support a team-oriented environment by helping wherever needed. Qualifications Required Previous warehouse experience with responsibility for inventory, receiving, shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse organization. Ability to run daily warehouse tasks independently and take ownership of the work. Experience using an ERP, inventory system, warehouse management system, or similar business software. Strong computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, data entry, and general business software. Ability to complete basic business tasks such as filling out purchase orders, updating records, reviewing inventory information, and communicating clearly with vendors or internal team members. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift, move, organize, and handle warehouse items safely. Valid driver's license and ability to run local errands or deliveries as needed. Comfortable doing hands-on warehouse work as well as basic office support. Preferred Experience helping improve warehouse layout, inventory processes, stock levels, or fulfillment workflows. Experience with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, purchasing support, or order processing. Experience in construction, equipment, parts, tools, automotive, industrial, or technical warehouse environments. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a warehouse long enough to understand what good organization and accurate inventory should look like. They do not need to be a warehouse manager with direct reports, but they should be able to take ownership of the warehouse and offer practical ideas for improvement. This person should be hands-on, reliable, organized, comfortable with computers, and willing to help with both warehouse and office needs. They should be able to see what needs to be done, communicate clearly, and follow through without needing constant direction. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, and move items throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Ability to safely operate basic warehouse tools and equipment. Ability to work in both warehouse and office environments. Compensation $24.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
