Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording the location of inventory, and reporting shortages. Identifying, labeling, and cataloging items in designated storage locations. This includes conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure record accuracy. Locate and pack materials for shipping internationally and domestically. Document materials and record units delivered and location of units. Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product. Document product shipment by recording units shipped. Operate pallet jacks to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks. Learn and adhere to workplace safety regulations. Observe and participate in process improvement activities and support a culture of continuous improvement. Fulfill part requests within the team's designated SLA. Ideal Candidate Entry-level material handler with some prior warehouse or inventory experience Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement and operational efficiency Physically capable of handling repetitive lifting and movement tasks Comfortable working onsite as part of a collaborative operations team High school diploma or GED required Daily tasks Receive, identify, label, and store materials in designated inventory locations Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and physical inventory checks Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished goods for domestic and international shipment Document incoming and outgoing materials, including quantities and storage locations Operate pallet jacks and assist with loading/unloading materials at docks and staging areas Fulfill internal part requests within defined SLAs Adhere to workplace safety standards and participate in process improvement initiatives Required skills Basic material handling and inventory management experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely Familiarity with data entry and digital tools (Google Workspace) Time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Clear communication skills in a fast-paced, onsite environment Willingness to learn and follow safety and operational procedures
