Position Overview:

Familiar with construction and wood products? Conejo Hardwoods is seeking a personable, organized, and motivated Sales Associate for Sales & Operations Support . This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door, learn the building materials industry, and grow into greater sales or operational responsibility. Saturday availability is required. We need someone who is strong with customers, sales, and data entry and comfortable learning our products and systems. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and orders. Provide excellent customer service and identify sales opportunities. Process sales, orders, and payments using BisTrack. Assist with inventory data, product setup, and price changes. Manage open orders, paperwork, data entry, and customer follow-up. Develop knowledge of lumber, decking, flooring, mouldings, and other wood products. Support the sales and operations teams as needed. Requirements Personable and strong customer service/follow-up skills. Organized, accurate, professional, and comfortable with computers. Construction or building-material experience is a plus. Motivated to learn, take on responsibility, and grow within the company .
