Los Angeles Distributing | Full-Time Position Los Angeles Distributing is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable working as part of a team. You will play an important role in keeping our warehouse organized, efficient, and operating smoothly. Previous warehouse experience and experience operating an electric rider pallet jack, forklift, and reach truck are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment Operate forklifts and electric rider pallet jacks safely and efficiently Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse Palletize products for shipment and storage Restock and rotate products according to company procedures Perform cold box duties as needed Assist with inventory organization, product control, and warehouse counts Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Work closely with warehouse team members and supervisors Maintain an efficient workflow during busy periods Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Previous warehouse experience Electric rider pallet jack experience Forklift experience Reach truck experience Order-picking experience Palletizing experience Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to safely perform physically demanding warehouse duties Preferred English proficiency Experience in a distribution or food and beverage warehouse Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and company procedures

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 1:30 PM-12:00 AM Night Shift Weekends Off Overtime Required Candidates must be able to consistently work the scheduled hours and be available for required overtime.

PAY & BENEFITS

$18-$20 PER HOUR Additional benefits include: Full-time employment 401(k) available after completion of the 90-day probationary period Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Weekends off Opportunity for advancement and growth within a growing company
