This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our warehouse and production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to inventory management, material handling, and production support, all while adhering to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and safety are paramount. Responsibilities Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and rider electric pallet jacks to move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse and production areas. Follow all safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Perform heavy lifting tasks, with a minimum requirement of lifting at least 50 pounds, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used at all times. Assist in inventory management by organizing, storing, and retrieving materials as needed. Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Support production activities by preparing materials and ensuring timely delivery of supplies within the facility. Qualifications Prior experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or rider electric pallet jacks is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds consistently and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong adherence to safety standards and protocols in a warehouse or production setting. Ability to follow directions accurately and work well within a team environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
