Job Description
Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safe handling of goods Pick, pack, and prepare orders with precision to meet customer specifications and shipping deadlines Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to uphold inventory accuracy Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers for timely dispatches and deliveries, ensuring compliance with shipping & receiving standards Requirements Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping documentation Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and external partners Accuracy when picking orders Ability to lift minimum of 50lbs when necessary Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus
