Immediate ________________________________________ Job Summary A growing renewable energy company is seeking a Warehouse / Production Worker to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 10-30 hours per week). This role supports daily warehouse and light production operations, ensuring accurate inventory handling, efficient shipping/receiving, and quality assembly work. We offer a friendly, calm, team-oriented, and casual work environment while producing high quality solar products used around the world. ________________________________________ Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders (domestic & international) Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against purchase orders Stage materials for production work orders Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies Follow inventory control procedures and ERP system transactions Perform light mechanical assembly and basic production tasks Program and test electronic products Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. safely Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as needed ________________________________________ Qualifications While attitude and aptitude will be foremost, and we can provide all training needed, stronger applicants will possess some or all of the following: Previous warehouse and/or production experience Familiarity with inventory systems and ERP software Fluency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace Shipping experience with UPS/FedEx systems (e.g., WorldShip) Knowledge of ESD-safe work practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependability and punctuality Good communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
