Starting hourly rate: $19-$21 Main Responsibilities Receive and organize incoming products. Load and unload trucks safely. Prepare and stage customer orders. Verify products and quantities for accuracy. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as authorized. Assist with inventory counts. Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized. Report damaged products, spills, or unsafe conditions. Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE. Assist customers, drivers, and other employees as needed. Complete basic paperwork and inventory records. Perform other duties assigned by management. Ability to safely lift and move products as required for the position. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions. Good attendance and dependability. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Forklift experience preferred. Warehouse or agricultural experience preferred.
