In this hands-on role, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. What You Can Expect in This Role Work in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment where no two days are exactly the same. Pick, pack, label, scan, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently . Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming products while maintaining accurate inventory. Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to process orders and manage inventory. Perform cycle counts and help research and resolve inventory discrepancies . Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with Warehouse Leads, managers, coworkers, vendors, carriers, and customers. Be flexible and willing to switch between warehouse tasks as business needs change. Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and OSHA standards , including proper use of PPE. Maintain a consistent work pace while meeting department productivity and accuracy goals . Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and leadership. Be dependable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned work accurately and on time . Stay active throughout the workday, including extended periods of standing and walking and regularly lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds . Skills and Experience What You Bring 6+ months of warehouse experience preferred, including order picking, order processing, shipping, and/or receiving. Experience with inventory, stocking, cycle counting, or RF scanners is a plus. A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, safety, and getting the job done right . A dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new processes and take on different warehouse tasks .
