Monday-Friday We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to support daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory control. Employees will begin in an assigned warehouse function but must be willing to cross-train and work in all areas as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Pick, pack, label, scan, and stage orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists. Process both B2B and B2C customer orders according to company standards. Prepare outbound shipments and ensure proper shipping methods and documentation. Receive incoming shipments, inspect products for damage, and properly stock materials. Move products from receiving to designated warehouse locations. Perform cycle counts, research inventory discrepancies, and report shortages or errors. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Provide professional and helpful service to internal and external customers. Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, management, vendors, carriers, and other employees. Follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and OSHA guidelines. Cross-train and assist in other warehouse functions as directed by management. Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Manager. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older . High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 6 months of warehouse, order picking, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred . Ability to learn and use RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Ability to work at a fast, safe, and consistent pace while maintaining accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and adapt to changing assignments. Ability to navigate warehouse locations using an alphanumeric location system. Forklift experience is not required. Employees will not operate forklifts. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods, potentially up to 8 miles per day . Regularly lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs. Bend, reach, twist, crouch, push, and pull carts. Climb ladders and stairs safely. Use pallet jacks and safely move throughout the warehouse. Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and using ladders. Work Environment Primarily indoors in a warehouse and office environment. Warehouse areas are semi-climate controlled and may become noisy at times. Facility is smoke-free. Employees are expected to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Follow proper shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory procedures. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Arrive on time and communicate appropriately regarding absences or time off. Demonstrate flexibility by cross-training and assisting in other warehouse areas when needed.

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
