Warehouse Associate Position:

Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our great team. This role will work with the Warehouse & Production Teams, being directly involved in all aspects of the Warehouse and it's organization. The majority of the time will be dedicated to operations related to our Holiday Décor business. What we're looking for: The right candidate: Is highly-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, dependable, hardworking, adaptable to change, and a team player Can navigate and pull product from a 30k+ square foot warehouse Is proficient in tracking inventory and maintaining updates within our inventory management systems Can work 50+ hours per week (including weekends) during the peak season, (Generally November through December) Is capable of standing for extended periods of time Can perform repetitive lifting, twisting, and bending motions Is capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus Has a valid driver's license and can operate a vehicle during installations

Responsibilities :

Manage the Holiday Assets/Inventory (For example: Ornaments, Trees, Décor, etc.) in a centralized system, keeping strong records of related data such as item, SKU, location, etc. Keep the warehouse organized Coordinate the picking & putting back of inventory/assets as needed Collaborate with the Warehouse and Production Teams on ensuring the materials needed for work orders are where they are needed, when they are needed Maintain safe operating practices in compliance with company and regulatory policies

Compensation:

$19.29/hr - $20.00/hr
