Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $20.75 / hour plus incentives. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

The Warehouse Loader ensures loads are built and loaded accurately in a timely manner.



Primary Responsibilities Loading route vehicles in accordance to load sheets Ensuring the product is properly counted and tagged with account information to ensure accurate loading of trucks.

Operating warehouse equipment, including forklift, lift gate, dock-leveler and wrap machine Ensuring damaged product is placed in its proper area and reported to management Keeping the work area clean and accessible Safely operates essential warehouse equipment, including forklifts, wrap machines and other automation

Ensures that the warehouse is kept neat and orderly to promote safe and efficient operations

Maintains favorable working relationships with employees and customers to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience working in a warehouse and/or distribution environment

21+ years of age preferred

Previous experience operating a forklift preferred

Physical Demands Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping

Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds

Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions

Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‑season schedules may be required
