Warehouse & Technical Service Technician SEBO America — Englewood, CO Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Starting at $28.00/hour, depending on experience In-Person Position About the Position SEBO America is looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Warehouse & Technical Service Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position with a lot of variety. Rather than performing the same task all day, you'll work across several areas of our operation, including warehouse and shipping, customer service, order processing, inventory, and product repair . One part of your day may involve preparing shipments or receiving inventory, while another may involve helping a customer, entering an order, looking up parts, or working on a product that has been returned for repair. We will train the right person on our products, systems, processes, and equipment. Previous experience is helpful, but we're primarily looking for someone with good mechanical aptitude who is willing to learn and take ownership of their responsibilities. What You'll Be DoingCustomer Service & Order Support Answer incoming customer and dealer calls professionally and courteously. Assist customers with warranty repairs, product repairs, orders, technical questions, and general product information. Help customers identify the appropriate product, part, or solution based on their needs. Create and process retail and dealer orders using company systems. Look up products, parts, inventory availability, and expected arrival dates. Learn and accurately use multiple computer systems for order processing, inventory, and customer support. Escalate more complex technical questions when appropriate. Technical Service, Warranty & Repairs Assist customers with products requiring warranty service or repair. Create RMAs and process products being returned for service. Receive and inspect returned products. Learn to diagnose and repair SEBO products after appropriate training. Test repaired products to ensure they are functioning properly before being returned to the customer. Accurately document repairs and service work. Communicate with customers regarding repair status when necessary. Work with the Technical Manager on more complex repairs and technical issues. Warehouse, Shipping & Inventory Pull parts and products accurately based on order paperwork. Verify products and quantities before shipment. Package parts and products securely for shipping. Create shipping labels and prepare outgoing shipments for carrier pickup. Receive, inspect, and check in incoming parts and products. Verify quantities and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy. Stock products and parts throughout the warehouse. Move inventory from overstock locations to primary picking locations as needed. Assist with inventory accuracy and organization. Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts as needed after appropriate training. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in doing their job correctly. The right person will be comfortable learning different responsibilities and moving between customer service, warehouse, shipping, inventory, and technical/service work as needed. You should be able to communicate clearly with both customers and coworkers, follow established processes, pay attention to detail, and work independently once you've been trained. You don't need to know everything on day one. We value someone who is willing to learn, asks questions when necessary, and becomes more capable and independent as they gain experience. You should also be comfortable working with computers and learning multiple software systems, performing hands-on warehouse and repair work, and safely handling the normal physical requirements of the position. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, customer service, technical service, mechanical repair, or similar experience is preferred. Mechanical or technical aptitude is strongly preferred. Experience with order-entry, inventory-management, shipping, or ERP systems is a plus. Strong basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, dealers, and coworkers. Ability to safely perform the physical duties associated with warehouse, shipping, inventory, and product-repair work. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Training can be provided. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
