Job Description

Position Summary Pro Cabinet Solutions is seeking a hands-on, organized and dependable Warehouse & Production Associate to help with the daily operations of our warehouse. This position is a growth opportunity to move into the Manager position within the year. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in keeping people, materials and projects organized. The Warehouse & Production Associate will help with inventory control, receiving and organizing materials, coordinating warehouse activities, and ensuring materials are ready when needed for our projects. As part of the role, this individual will also be trained to operate our CNC machine and will become an important part of our cabinet production process. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Assist in the day-to-day operations of the PCS warehouse. Prepare and stage materials for upcoming jobs and installation crews. On site deliveries for projects and turn renovations including picking up trash, delivering cabinets or dropping missing materials to site. Help with on site deliveries of cabinets, tools, and parts as needed Maintain a clean, organized, safe and efficient warehouse. Coordinate receiving, storage, staging and movement of cabinets, materials, hardware and supplies. Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored and easily located. Coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing materials. Identify damaged, missing or incorrect materials and help resolve discrepancies. Maintain warehouse equipment and report maintenance or repair needs. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records for cabinets, hardware, materials, tools and supplies. Track inventory coming into and leaving the warehouse. Conduct routine physical inventory counts. Monitor inventory levels and communicate when materials or supplies need to be reordered. Develop and maintain an organized inventory-control system. Work with management and project teams to ensure materials are available when needed. Help reduce lost, damaged, duplicated or excess inventory. CNC & Production Learn to safely and effectively operate the company's CNC machine. Assist with cabinet and component production as needed. Learn basic CNC setup, operation and routine maintenance. Read production plans, measurements and specifications accurately. Monitor CNC production for accuracy and quality. Troubleshoot basic production issues and coordinate more complex repairs or maintenance when necessary. Follow all equipment and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications Preferred qualifications include:
Previous warehouse, construction, manufacturing, cabinet or similar experience. Strong organizational and inventory-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable using computers and learning inventory or production software. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC equipment. Ability to read measurements accurately and understand basic construction or production documents. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Dependable, self-motivated and willing to work alongside the team when necessary. Forklift experience preferred. CNC experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right person. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position. The employee must be able to: Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach and work throughout a warehouse environment. Safely lift and move materials associated with cabinet and construction operations. Work around warehouse and production equipment. Safely perform the physical functions necessary for receiving, staging and organizing materials. This person will play an important role in improving the efficiency of our warehouse and production operations as Pro Cabinet Solutions continues to grow.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
