Job Description
Warehouse & Quality Inspection Specialist (Temporary) Fort Collins, CO $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Temporary Assignment (Approximately 90+ Days) Potential for extension or permanent employment, but not guaranteed Monday-Friday | Overtime and occasional weekends may be required Adecco is currently seeking a Warehouse & Quality Inspection Specialist for a temporary opportunity in Fort Collins. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in both warehouse operations and quality inspection who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and shipping materials while ensuring products meet established quality standards. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and shipping documentation. Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Label, tag, and organize inventory according to established procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Assist with material movement and general warehouse activities. Quality Inspection Perform visual and mechanical inspections of incoming and outgoing materials. Inspect hardware, fasteners, fabricated components, and electrical products to ensure they meet specifications. Review supplier certifications and quality documentation. Perform sample inspections and document inspection results. Identify and report product discrepancies and non-conforming materials. Support quality programs, audits, and documentation requirements. Follow established quality procedures, work instructions, and customer requirements. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify product compliance. Qualifications Required Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience. Previous quality inspection or quality control experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems. Preferred Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Experience with ISO quality systems, audits, and quality documentation. Background in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or fastener-related environments. Quality certifications or related technical training. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds .
