$20.00-$23.00 per hour (starting at $20.00, with a pay review at 90 days)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bronco Distribution is a B2B wholesale distributor serving smoke shops across the Denver metro and beyond. We're looking for a reliable driver who is also comfortable working on the warehouse floor. On delivery days you'll be on the road bringing orders to our retail customers. When there are no deliveries scheduled, you'll be in the warehouse restocking shelves and running inventory audits in our inventory system (SkuVault). This is a hands-on role for someone who likes staying busy and doesn't want to sit around waiting for the next run. You'll drive a company van on routes within the Denver metro, with regular runs to Colorado Springs and Fort Collins.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliveries:

Load the van and verify orders against packing lists before leaving Deliver wholesale orders to retail customers on scheduled routes Collect signatures, paperwork, and payments (checks/COD) where required Communicate with the office on delays, issues, or customer requests Keep the van clean, fueled, and report maintenance needs Warehouse (when no deliveries are scheduled): Restock bins and shelves from incoming inventory Perform cycle counts and inventory audits in SkuVault Flag discrepancies, damaged product, or low-stock items Help pull and pack orders during busy periods Keep aisles, staging, and receiving areas organized

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required) — no CDL needed 21+ years of age (required to handle tobacco/vape products) Comfortable driving a cargo van in city and highway traffic Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and be on your feet most of the day Basic comfort with handheld scanners, tablets, or warehouse software (we'll train you on SkuVault) Dependable, punctual, and organized — you'll be the face of the company to our customers Prior warehouse or delivery experience preferred but not required
