Job Description:
Materials & Logistics CoordinatorLocation:
Arvada, Colorado (Onsite) Role OverviewWe are seeking a Materials & Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of materials for electronics manufacturing. This role is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability of components for production by maintaining inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and providing accurate reporting to support operational efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and control the flow of all SMT consumables to ensure uninterrupted production.

Maintain real-time inventory visibility in ERP/MES systems, and generate daily pick-lists and safety-stock calculations.

Coordinate with procurement and vendors to expedite parts, track shipments, and resolve discrepancies.

Conduct material inspections upon receipt for quantity, lot, and ESD compliance, ensuring proper labeling and storage.

Work with Process Engineers to qualify new parts and update the Bill of Materials.

Provide shift-level reporting on material consumption, variance, and on-hand inventory.
Required QualificationsEducation:
An Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.
Experience:
2-4 years in materials planning or logistics for electronics manufacturing. Experience in the aerospace/defense industry is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with ERP systems (such as SAP) and MES integration is required. Experience with barcode/RFID scanning is also necessary.
Additional Skills:
The candidate must have the ability to forecast consumption, calculate safety stock, and perform variance analysis. Familiarity with
ITAR/EAR
export controls and aerospace material traceability requirements is also required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight production timelines are essential. Preferred QualificationsProactive problem-solver who can anticipate material shortages.

Excellent interpersonal skills for vendor negotiation and internal collaboration.

Detail-oriented documentation habits to support audit readiness.
