Position Summary We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to join our restoration team. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn the restoration trade. No prior restoration experience is required — we'll train the right person. Responsibilities Assist technicians with water extraction, demolition, debris removal, and cleanup Set up and monitor drying equipment Load/unload materials and tools for job sites Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments Dependable and punctual — strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in construction, cleaning, or restoration a plus but not required Benefits Competitive hourly pay with overtime On-the-job training and IICRC certification opportunities Advancement potential within RestoPros of Fairfield County Supportive, team-oriented environment
