In Danbury, CT, we're searching for a Materials Logistics & Warehouse Operations Associate who keeps materials flowing, records precise, and teams supported. Your Impact Keep inventory data current and reliable to support confident decision-making. Receive, check, and store inbound materials—verifying quantities and quality. Arrange storage locations to maximize space and speed. Perform cycle counts and audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and route stock to departments on schedule. Partner with colleagues to refine processes and elevate efficiency. Leverage inventory software to monitor levels and build actionable reports. Maintain a safe, tidy, and policy-compliant warehouse/stockroom environment. What You'll Need to Succeed High school diploma (or equivalent); extra study in logistics/supply chain is a plus. Proven background in inventory and stockroom/warehouse operations. Detail-driven mindset and strong computer literacy. Team player who can also operate independently. Comfort with inventory platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Clear, professional communication skills. Physical ability to lift and move heavier items as needed.
