Overview Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse department, shipping & receiving, inventory and storage of equipment Assign tasks as needed for proper scheduling, installation and delivery - may include the supervising of building or rebuilding of machine Review, analyze, and create reports as needed Ensure equipment is ready for delivery to customers based on the daily scheduler (included, but not limited to, the supervising of unpacking, installing, and assembling required parts prior to loading on trucks) Recruit, hire, and manage assigned team Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment including fork trucks, jacks and delivery vehicles Monitor warehouse budget Ensure that all work performed with the warehouseplies with government safety regulations andpany safety policies Benefits & Perks Monday to Friday work schedule (7:00 am to 4:00 pm) 75% Employer Contribution to Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Health Savings Account with Employer Contribution Year-round Work & Paid Training Company Paid Life, Short-term, and Long-term Disability Insurance 401k with generous Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holiday Pay Flexible Spending & Health Savings Account
