Newark, DE Position Overview We are hiring dependable, detail-driven Independent Contractors to support warehouse operations in a physically active, fast-paced environment. Contractors are engaged to complete warehouse support tasks and are expected to operate reliably, professionally, and with self-direction. This role is best suited for individuals who:- Take ownership of their work
- Show up consistently
- Maintain accuracy while moving at a steady pace
- Prefer staying active throughout the day Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists
- Tag and label items during refurbishment processes
- Unload trucks and handle incoming shipments
- Stock inventory in designated locations
- Lift and move boxes (40-50 lbs) safely and consistently
- Maintain organized, clean work areas
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards Physical Expectations This is a physically demanding role.
Contractors should expect to:
- Stand and/or move for 6+ hours per shift
- Lift 40-50 lbs regularly
- Climb stairs, bend, reach, and carry inventory
- Assist with unloading large shipments This role is not sedentary and requires sustained physical effort. Qualifications

- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Adaptable in a dynamic warehouse setting Compensation Structure
- $18.50 per hour (contract rate)
- Payment issued per the agreed contractor terms
- No company-sponsored benefits (this is not a W2 employee position)
- Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and withholdings Shift Structure Contractors may engage in:
- Full-shift coverage: 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
- Partial-shift coverage: Flexible hours within the standard shift window, based on operational needs Shift availability may vary depending on warehouse volume.
