Newark, DE Position Overview We are hiring dependable, detail-driven Independent Contractors to support warehouse operations in a physically active, fast-paced environment. Contractors are engaged to complete warehouse support tasks and are expected to operate reliably, professionally, and with self-direction. This role is best suited for individuals who:

• Take ownership of their work
• Show up consistently
• Maintain accuracy while moving at a steady pace
• Prefer staying active throughout the day Key Responsibilities
• Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists
• Tag and label items during refurbishment processes
• Unload trucks and handle incoming shipments
• Stock inventory in designated locations
• Lift and move boxes (40-50 lbs) safely and consistently
• Maintain organized, clean work areas
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards Physical Expectations This is a physically demanding role.

Contractors should expect to:

• Stand and/or move for 6+ hours per shift
• Lift 40-50 lbs regularly
• Climb stairs, bend, reach, and carry inventory
• Assist with unloading large shipments This role is not sedentary and requires sustained physical effort. Qualifications

• $18.50 per hour (contract rate)
• Payment issued per the agreed contractor terms

• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and withholdings Shift Structure Contractors may engage in:
• Full-shift coverage: 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
• Partial-shift coverage: Flexible hours within the standard shift window, based on operational needs Shift availability may vary depending on warehouse volume.
