We are seeking an active and motivated Warehouse Associate / Picker & Packer to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring high-quality order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders accurately according to invoices and customer requirements Label, sort, and organize inventory effectively Prepare parcels for shipping and handle associated documentation Conduct regular inventory checks and report stock levels Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Use computer systems to manage inventory and track orders Follow all safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

Preferred Experience:

More than 2 years in fulfillment and warehousing with reference Ability to lift up to 50 lb Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic reading and counting skills Must be active, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

Compensation:

Pay rate of $17 to $22 per hour
