Mancan is currently looking for a General Labor and Lawn Care worker for a agriculture farm located in Alva, Florida. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to help maintain our farm grounds and support daily outdoor operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lawn & Ground Maintenance:

  Mow large farm lawns, edge walkways, and clear weeds using commercial mowers, weed eaters, and trimmers.

• Farm Labor:

  Assist with general farm upkeep, including fixing fences, clearing brush, cleaning work areas, and moving supplies.

• Plant Care:

  Help water, mulch, and maintain trees, crops, or landscape plants across the property.

• Equipment Care:

  Safely operate and perform basic cleaning and maintenance on landscaping tools and farm machinery. Job Requirements

• Physical Stamina:

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in the Florida heat and changing weather conditions.

• Experience:

  Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or farm labor is highly preferred but not required.

• Reliability:

  Reliable transportation to our farm in Alva, FL, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Safety Mindset:

  Ability to follow instructions and safely operate outdoor power equipment. Position Type
