Shipper / Material Handler (Temp-to-Hire)

$15.00 - $18.00 an hour (Depending on role)

Role:
We are hiring a dependable Shipper / Material Handler to join our logistics team. In this role, you will handle the careful preparation, hand-loading, and secure delivery of high-quality, pre-assembled home products. Because our inventory is fragile, we do not use forklifts—everything is moved by hand with precision and care.
What You Will Do:
Manual Loading:
Hand-load and unload factory-assembled products into delivery vehicles to protect structural integrity and finishes (no forklifts used).
Team Delivery:
Work with a partner to transport items safely and hand-carry products directly inside the customer's building to their room of choice.
Quality Control:
Use digital tools to take photos of inventory during transit to verify safe handling.
Safety First:
Follow strict handling protocols to keep product damage rates near zero.
