JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board:

BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or BC/BE Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with EM experience (AAPS/ABPS not accepted)

Licenses:

Active, unrestricted Florida Medical License; Active DEA with Florida address

DEA / CDS

Active DEA with Florida address required

Certifications:

ATLS (unless ABEM certified),

ACLS, PALS Experience:

Emergency Medicine experience required for FM/IM candidates

Other Qualifications:

Flu vaccination within last 12 months, TB screening within last 12 months, COVID documentation, Case logs and CME documentation from past 2 years

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the ED Perform all DOP-listed procedures Manage patient flow and stabilize acute cases Collaborate with nursing and support staff Document patient encounters accurately in Cerner EMR
