Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient handling of inventory, shipments, and order fulfillment. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and shipping logistics, all while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and load shipments Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking techniques and inventory management software. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and warehouse management systems Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy in accordance with company standards. Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping & receiving schedules, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics requirements. Support warehouse operations by stocking shelves, packaging products securely for shipment, and preparing items for international trade where applicable. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to safety protocols and trade compliance standards. Provide excellent customer service by accurately fulfilling orders and responding to internal requests or inquiries related to inventory or shipments. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Ability to operate warehouse equipment Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with international trade regulations is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
