Competitive Benefits - Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and full-time employment. What You'll Do Apply, remove, and maintain casts, splints, dressings, and orthopedic devices. Assist with cast and splint placement and removal under physician direction. Remove sutures and staples as directed. Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment needed for orthopedic procedures. Provide patients with clear instructions regarding cast, splint, dressing, and brace care. Monitor patients for comfort and promptly communicate concerns to the clinical team. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment. Accurately document procedures and enter appropriate charges and patient information. Follow infection prevention, safety, and clinical protocols. Assist physicians and clinical staff with other patient-care needs as appropriate. What We're Looking For Previous experience in an orthopedic, medical, or clinical setting preferred. Cast technician experience strongly preferred. Excellent patient service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume orthopedic practice . Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a clinical team. Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist with patient care throughout the workday.
