General Labor Team Members support daily production operations across all departments of our client's metal fabrication facility, assisting with material handling, assembly, and packaging while helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Assist with feeding, loading, and unloading materials on production and assembly lines Perform hand assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished heat exchanger products Inspect parts and finished goods for visible defects, reporting non-conforming products immediately Support machine operators and production leads, completing accurate production counts and paperwork as needed "Our Company is committed to equal opportunity principles."

Job Requirements:
