Operations Associate I entry-level position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect for damage. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards. Maintain accurate inventory by properly labeling and storing products. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or RF scanners (training provided if needed). Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by following safety procedures and guidelines. Assist with periodic inventory counts and cycle counts. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Basic math and reading skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.

Working Conditions:

Physical work environment involving standing, lifting, and operating warehouse equipment. Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season and facility type.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
