Warehouse Associate Ratti Air & Heat, Inc. is a growing, locally owned HVAC company looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to help keep our warehouse, company grounds, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who likes to stay busy and takes pride in keeping things organized, clean, and looking their best. In addition to warehouse responsibilities, this position will assist with light groundskeeping and occasional in-house marketing support when warehouse work is caught up. Responsibilities Warehouse Operate a forklift to load and unload HVAC equipment and materials Receive, check in, organize, and stock incoming shipments Maintain organized warehouse inventory Pull equipment, materials, and supplies for service and installation crews Help load and stage materials for jobs Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Grounds & Building Exterior Pick up litter around the parking lot, fence line, and surrounding property Pull weeds and perform other light groundskeeping tasks Help keep the exterior of the building and property clean and presentable Hang and change flags on the roof flagpole Assist with other basic outdoor maintenance and cleanup as needed Take pride in keeping our company property looking clean and professional In-House Marketing Support Assist with simple office marketing projects during slower warehouse periods Fold letters, stuff and seal envelopes, apply postage, and prepare mailings Help with other basic marketing or administrative tasks as needed Requirements Forklift operating experience Valid driver's license Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Willing to perform a variety of hands-on tasks Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment and materials Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Team player who takes pride in doing a job well What We Offer Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Stable work environment with a growing, locally owned company Variety of responsibilities — no two days are exactly the same
