We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including the handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Duties

• Load and unload packages from trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Manufacture of finish goods.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented.
• Participate in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Requirements
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is required, with knowledge of materials handling practices.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; certification may be required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills to work well within a team environment.
• Basic understanding of shipping/receiving processes and order fulfillment procedures is beneficial.
