Warehouse Laborer / Driver Assistant

Overview Join our growing team as a Warehouse Laborer / Driver Assistant and play an important role in supporting our warehouse and field operations. This hands-on position involves assisting with warehouse organization, loading materials, jobsite pickups, equipment preparation, and supporting our truck driver with daily tasks. We are looking for a hardworking, dependable individual who enjoys physical work, works well in a team environment, and is willing to learn. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable driving a 20' flatbed truck when needed. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in warehouse operations, construction support, and material handling while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading materials onto trucks Support pickups and deliveries from construction jobsites Work closely with the truck driver and warehouse supervisor on daily tasks Clean and prepare brackets using electric tools Assist with netting and cable preparation Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse Help ensure materials and equipment are ready for upcoming projects Operate a 20' flatbed truck when required (approximately twice per month) Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols Qualifications Previous warehouse or labor experience is preferred but not required Ability to use electric and hand tools safely Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting materials Valid driver's license required Experience driving a flatbed truck is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive pay Stable, full-time opportunity Supportive team environment Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the company If you are motivated, dependable, and ready to work, we'd love to hear from you!
