We support residential renovation projects by providing quality materials, professional installation, and coordinated project services. As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Loader to support the receiving, movement, organization, and preparation of materials used in our daily operations and renovation projects. Position Overview The Loader plays an important role in keeping materials organized and ready for customer orders, deliveries, and installation projects. This position assists with unloading incoming shipments, moving products to designated areas, staging outgoing materials, and maintaining organized loading and storage spaces. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, comfortable with physical work, and able to handle building and renovation materials carefully. Previous experience in loading, receiving, warehousing, construction materials, or inventory handling is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Load and unload cabinets, flooring, tile, countertops, boxes, supplies, and other renovation materials Receive incoming shipments and move products to designated storage or staging areas Prepare and stage materials for customer pickup, delivery, or installation projects Verify product labels, quantities, and basic order information Inspect incoming materials for visible damage, incorrect products, or discrepancies Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly received items to the appropriate team member Move materials safely between receiving, storage, staging, and loading areas Handle products carefully to help prevent scratches, breakage, or other damage Assist with wrapping, securing, and preparing materials for transportation Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and other approved material-handling equipment as needed Help organize inventory and maintain accurate placement of products Locate and retrieve materials for scheduled customer orders and renovation projects Coordinate with operations, delivery, and installation team members to support timely order preparation Keep loading, staging, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices Assist with additional receiving, inventory, and operational duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in loading, receiving, warehousing, inventory, construction materials, or material handling is preferred but not required Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the scheduled shift Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Basic ability to read product labels, work orders, and order information Willingness to learn proper product-handling and operational procedures Strong commitment to workplace safety and responsible material handling Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, carry, and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to safely lift and move boxes, renovation materials, supplies, and other products consistent with the requirements of the position Ability to perform loading, unloading, staging, and material-handling duties throughout the workday What We Offer Stable opportunity with a growing home renovation company Hands-on training and ongoing support Professional and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain practical experience in materials handling, inventory, and renovation operations Opportunities to learn additional areas of daily operations Potential for increased responsibilities and professional growth Join Our Team At HRM Florida , successful renovation projects depend on having the right materials organized, prepared, and available when they are needed.
