2nd & 3rd Shift GL Staffing is hiring dependable General Warehouse/Utility Workers for a manufacturing and warehouse facility in Winter Haven, FL. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with an established company seeking reliable employees interested in long-term employment. The position involves handling empty plastic gallon jugs. Materials are lightweight, with minimal heavy lifting. The work is straightforward and repetitive, so reliability, attention to detail, and consistent attendance are important. Shift:

7:00 AM-3:00 PM — $15.00/hour 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM-11:00 PM — $16.00/hour — Immediate Need 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM-7:00 AM — $17.00/hour — Immediate Need Employees can typically expect approximately 40-45 hours per week, depending on production needs. Job Responsibilities Bag and de-bag empty plastic gallon jugs Handle and organize lightweight materials throughout the production area Perform basic visual quality inspections of finished products Identify and remove gallon jugs with visible defects Keep products and materials moving through the production process Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow production, quality, and safety procedures Assist with other general warehouse and production duties as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred Basic English communication skills required Strong attention to detail when identifying product defects Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift Able to stand and remain active for extended periods Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Must follow the facility's no-cell-phone policy while working Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Dress Code & PPE The company provides required PPE, including hearing protection, gloves, and hair protection as applicable.

Employees must wear:

Closed-toe shoes Shirts with sleeves Slip-resistant footwear is preferred Hoodies are not permitted in the production area. Paid Breaks Employees receive paid breaks throughout the shift: Two 20-minute breaks One additional 10-minute break Employees should plan to bring their own lunch. Employees are expected to remain on the property during their shift.
