Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our client's Operations team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys staying active, and works well as part of a team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You should be someone who can take direction, work independently when needed, and jump in to help the team accomplish daily goals. What You'll Do Receive incoming shipments and verify products against orders and documentation

Inspect products for accuracy and condition

Unbox, organize, and store products in their designated locations

Pick and retrieve products for outgoing orders

Pack products carefully according to established shipping standards

Organize and replenish inventory on shelves, bins, and storage areas

Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records

Identify and report missing, damaged, or misplaced inventory

Use handheld scanners, computers, and other technology to complete daily tasks

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently

Assist with other warehouse and operations responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and remain physically active for extended periods

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow instructions and company procedures

Basic computer and data-entry skills

Comfortable using handheld scanners and mobile devices

Ability to prioritize tasks and solve routine problems

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or fulfillment experience is preferred

Forklift experience or certification is a plus

Experience with warehouse management or shipping systems is a plus
