RN Case Manager (Westside/Home Care)
Job Description
Preferred:
One year of experience in a hospital medical-surgical or oncology setting.Acceptable alternative:
Five years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience within the past five years, including one year of hospital medical-surgical or oncology experience License / Certification Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida. Valid CPR certification. Current driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program. Other Requirements Medical clearance for communicable diseases. Up-to-date immunizations (e.g., TB, Hepatitis, Flu). Ability to work extended and irregular hours as needed. Ongoing participation in professional development and continuing education.
