We're hiring a Material Handler to join a well-established manufacturer of stamped, fabricated, finished, wired, and assembled metal components for select industry partners. If you're a safe, skilled forklift operator who takes pride in keeping operations moving smoothly, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities:
As a Material Handler, you're the backbone of the operation—keeping materials flowing and production running efficiently: Safely operate forklifts and cranes to move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods Perform daily forklift inspections to ensure equipment is ready and safe Load, unload, and organize materials throughout the facility Load and unload metal coils safely and accurately Supply work cells with the raw and packaging materials they need—right when they need them Package finished products according to packaging instructions for shipment Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely Assist with shipping and receiving as needed Maintain accurate timekeeping, in-process, and final audit records Place HOLD tags on nonconforming material when necessary Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with 6S standards Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE Support company Quality Objectives and help drive customer satisfaction Meet or exceed efficiency goals while working as part of a team
Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of material handling or manufacturing experience Must have 5 years of recent Forklift experience 5 years r ecent overhead crane experience preferred Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team A mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement Benefits and Perks Eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance Weekly pay periods 401k matching up to 5%

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
