Belt Power, LLC is growing—and we're looking for a Production Warehouse Associate who's ready to jump in, learn skilled trade work, and be part of a company that keeps America's manufacturing and processing industries moving. What you'll do As a Production Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in both warehouse operations and conveyor belt fabrication—working in the shop and occasionally at customer sites. You'll be involved in hands-on production, shipping, receiving, and installation work that directly supports our customers.
Your day-to-day will include:
Building, repairing, and fabricating conveyor belts and components Installing and vulcanizing lightweight conveyor belting Receiving, verifying, and organizing materials and parts Picking, packing, shipping, and recording outgoing orders accurately Working with freight carriers and couriers Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas Using tools and equipment safely while following all PPE and safety requirements Representing Belt Power professionally at all times
Requirements:
We're seeking someone dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn You'll be a great fit if you have: Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read measurements accurately using a tape measure Basic math and computer skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in tight or elevated spaces Willingness to work occasional overtime or weekends Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Forklift experience Maintenance, production, or belt technician experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Work Environment Full-time, shop-based role Active environment with moving machinery and a moderate-to-loud noise level Physical Requirements This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active: Standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the day Using hands, arms, shoulders, and tools for fabrication and installation work
