- Thurs, with 1 week of training on A Shift Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating, monitoring, and escalating roadblocks that could cause downstream defects.
- Support root cause analysis and provide detailed problem-solving insights.
- Properly operate heavy equipment, including PIT equipment/forklifts, electronic pallet jacks, reach-trucks, and turret-trucks, following safety procedures and maintenance practices.
- Receive shipments, unload deliveries, and visually inspect packages for compliance with SOPs.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming parts and shipments.
- Document receipts and work orders using inventory management tools, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Properly package parts, selecting appropriate packaging materials and methods.
- Sort, stage, and move packages or crates securely within the workflow to prevent loss.
- Label and mark parts according to SOP requirements for tracking and analysis.
- Store parts properly, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with storage procedures. Requirements
- 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including receiving and inventory functions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and adhere strictly to safety protocols, including PPE usage and safe operating procedures.
- Experience with inventory counting, receiving, packing, and deriving inventory requirements from Bills of Material is preferred.
- Willingness to drive a forklift with training.
