PART TIME Warehouse Clerk/Delivery Driver

About Geoponics Geoponics Corporation is an environmentally friendly company which supplies products and services to golf courses, agricultural organizations and green industries. This position will require both administrative and warehouse work. We are looking for an Warehouse Clerk/Delivery Driver to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Make company deliveries with Company vehicle in Naples/Bonita/Fort Myers Area; MUST have a Clean Driving Record. Answer the phone in a prompt and courteous manner Requires box lifting in the warehouse Communication with clients and vendors Scan and send documents as needed Assist in providing client quotes Process client orders Confirm billing and shipping addresses for orders Prepare orders for shipping: print labels, print packing slip Process shipping damage and loss claims Send credit application to new clients, process credit applications Print and distribute marketing materials to sales reps In charge of processing shipping paperwork (FeDex -SouthEastern Freight Lines - R&L) which requires some computer skills. Handle Geoponics products with care (50 lbs Boxes). Help repackaging Geoponics products for shipping out of Naples and Fort Myers Area (sometimes products need to be placed in Pallets, so you will have to handle those as well, and keep them organized by product name) Keep warehouse organized and clean. keep company vehicle clean and updated service Courteous manner Communication with clients and vendors Confirm billing and shipping addresses for orders Prepare orders for shipping: print labels, prepare pallets, print packing slip. Maintain physical inventory weekly. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
