This is a hands-on position supporting our daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, comfortable with physical work, and willing to help wherever needed to keep our warehouse running efficiently. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, and previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer and motorcycle dealer orders for shipment Prepare packages and shipping labels for UPS, FedEx, and other carriers Receive and organize incoming merchandise Help unload containers and incoming deliveries Move, organize, and store cartons and merchandise throughout the warehouse Restock and maintain organized product locations Assist with inventory counts and inventory organization Assist with product labeling and preparation Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable performing physical warehouse work Able to regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Willing and able to assist with unloading containers Organized and attentive to detail Able to follow instructions and work independently Comfortable working as part of a small team Reliable transportation to our Miami warehouse Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, packing, or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required Schedule This position will initially be part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week . Some schedule flexibility is important, particularly when we receive containers, large incoming shipments, or experience higher order volume. There may be opportunities for additional hours as our business and warehouse operations continue to grow.
