full-time Office Manager / Bookkeeper We are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while supporting company leadership. The right candidate will anticipate needs, improve processes, and follow through on responsibilities with minimal oversight. Experience working with investors or using Juniper Square is a plus. Key Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking, and transaction recording. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and maintain accurate financial records. Process invoices, coordinate payments, and follow up on outstanding balances. Work with external accountants to provide documentation for month-end reporting and tax preparation. Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, supplies, and administrative needs. Support leadership with scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and special projects. Organize and maintain financial records, contracts, and confidential company documents. Assist with investor communications, records, and requests as needed. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and keep tasks moving through completion. Qualifications Previous experience in bookkeeping and office administration, with the ability to manage both functions independently. Strong understanding of day-to-day bookkeeping and account reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and bookkeeping software. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities. Professional communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information. A proactive approach, strong follow-through, and a willingness to take ownership. Experience supporting investors or working in a real estate or investment environment is a plus. Familiarity with Juniper Square is preferred but not required.
