Ocala, FL Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment according to customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack items from inventory based on order sheets or handheld scanners Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and maintain high quality standards Label, scan, and prepare packages for shipping Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous warehouse or order picking experience (required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as part of a team

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment with varying temperatures May require overtime or weekend shifts during peak periods

Pay:

$15.75 per hour

Schedule:
