Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse/Clerical Associate and become a vital part of our shipping department! We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated bilingual (English & Spanish) individual to join our team in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities Assist with warehouse operations including maintaining accurate order processing, printing tickets and shipping labels, and any other warehouse clerical duties as needed. Manage inventory data entry and updates using Excel. Support shipping and receiving processes by preparing orders for dispatch. Collaborate with team members to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. Follow safety protocols and quality standards to uphold a secure warehouse environment. Must have basic computer skills such as Excel, Word Document, and Outlook email. (Required) Skills (These skills are not required but are preferred. We are willing to train you.) Proven experience with warehouse operations in a shipping department. Data entry skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with scanners and barcode scanning technology. Familiarity with FedEx and UPS application for printing labels. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations,
