This is a full-time W-2 position, $22-25/hour depending on experience. You don't need prior experience — we'll train you on everything. What we can't train is showing up on time, taking care of equipment, and doing a job right the first time. What you'll be doing Pressure washing driveways, patios, walkways, docks, and building exteriors Washing, detailing, and basic upkeep of vehicles Boat washdowns and routine maintenance — rinsing, waxing, cleaning interiors, checking equipment General property upkeep: hauling materials, yard cleanup, minor repairs, painting, assembly Assisting on job sites with prep, cleanup, and moving materials Running errands — picking up materials and supplies Some physical labor (lifting, carrying, working outdoors in the heat) What we're looking for Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record — you'll be driving daily Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in Florida weather Follows directions carefully and communicates when something isn't clear Dependable and on time, every day Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly Willing to learn how to safely operate pressure washers, hand tools, and power tools Must pass a background check English or Spanish is fine — bilingual is a plus Nice to have (not required) Any experience around boats, marinas, or on the water Detailing, landscaping, construction, or handyman background Own basic hand tools What we offer $22-25/hour, W-2, paid weekly [adjust if biweekly] Steady full-time hours, Monday-Friday [add your hours] Training on all equipment Variety — you won't be doing the same thing every day Room to grow with more responsibility and pay as you learn
